Persona

02

Problem Statement

The absence of a consistent and positive bedtime routine leads to insomnia, as individuals tend to engage in disruptive activities to sleep, like watching TV and scrolling through social media, which eventually adversely affect sleep quality.

Solution

Daily journal
&
Track my feelings today.

I come up with a ‘Sleep Challenge’. I was inspired by some interviewees’ said that the wrote a diary or read a book when they went through insomnia. This sleep challenge can help users make routined behaviors before sleeping at night time.

Writing a daily journal will be a beneficial routine to look inside their minds and also, they can manage and view their feeling by tracking everyday emotions they have.
